 Holly House is a late Victorian town house sympathetically refurbished to provide comfortable and spacious guest accommodation in two en-suite rooms. The Porthpean room has a luxury king size bed and seating with coffee table etc. The Polkerris room has a double bed, single bed so It can also be used as a twin room. Both rooms are equipped with sky freesat, 22" flat screen tv with dvd player, tv, tea/coffee making with generous selection box, radio/alarm clock, hair drier etc. Free wi-fi is available. We are a 5 to 10 minute walk to the town centre and our location makes us an ideal base for visiting the Eden Project, Heligan Gardens, and other local attractions.
